🚚 Shipment Processing Times

Normal Shipment Times: Please allow 1–2 weeks for your items to be produced and shipped.

International Shipment Times: Please allow 5–7 weeks from our ship date for your package to be delivered. International Shipments are DDU (delivered duty unpaid). The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties & taxes. 

Orders Placed During Giveaway Promotions: Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

Please allow the full processing time before reaching out for your order status.

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $200(some items may be excluded from this offer).

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes or edits can be made. If a package is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

• Customers are responsible for any reshipping fees.

• If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund (minus original shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.

• If you purchased during a giveaway, the package must be reshipped. We are unable to cancel, return, exchange, or refund orders placed during giveaways. This is due to the automatic entry system.
