This policy covers all returns, exchanges or refunds pertaining to Westen Champlin merchandise and all affiliated parties.
How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

Read the return and exchange policies below.

Log into your account on our website.

Click the order you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you would like to return.

Click “Request Return.”
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Any refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card or method of payment. There is often some processing time on your banks side before a refund is posted to your bank account.
Returns

14-day return window from delivery date.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus our shipping cost.

Any Accessories, Sale Items, Promotional, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Certain items, as indicated on the item listing, are not returnable.

No refunds will be provided for orders purchased during a giveaway. Your entries are automatically calculated and sent to our sweepstakes company. Because of this we are unable to refund orders placed during a giveaway.

Items must be unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
Exchanges

If you would like a different size than ordered, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and subject to availability.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Item(s) may be exchanged on an order once.

No international exchanges.

Any price differences between sizes will be invoiced to the customer.

Open a refund request as outlined above and specify the item you would like in exchange.

Order Returned to Sender (RTS)
For items returned by the mail carrier:

If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, fill out our CONTACT US FORM immediately.

If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will email you. Per our discretion we may issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee or the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package.

If the customer does not respond to our method of contact within 5 business days, a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction for a restocking fee.
Cancellations

If your order has not shipped, your order can be cancelled.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel orders. Buyer would be responsible for submitting a return if applicable.
